Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ptidebio. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the steps to take if you experience issues with delivery or require a replacement.
1. Missing Deliveries
If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check locally: Please check with your immediate neighbors, building mailroom, or reception desk. Carriers may occasionally leave packages at nearby addresses or alternate entrances.
- Contact your local post office: Provide them with your tracking number. In most cases, USPS, UPS, or other carriers can locate and recover misdelivered packages when promptly notified.
2. Stalled Shipments
- If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or if USPS cannot locate your package after investigation, please contact us at yuny79338@gmail.com.
- We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. An official investigation will be conducted by USPS or the relevant shipping provider.
3. Replacements for Lost Packages
- If the carrier (e.g., USPS) deems the package officially lost after their investigation, we will gladly re-ship your order at no additional cost.
- Please note that replacement is subject to product availability at the time of resolution.
4. Refunds
- Refunds may be issued only if replacement is not possible.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our peptide products, returns are generally not accepted once the package has been delivered and opened. Exceptions may apply if the wrong product was sent or if the product is defective.
