3. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: (a) you provide it to us; (b) automatically via cookies and similar technologies; and (c) from third parties.

3.3 Information from third parties

  • Service providers: payment and fraud prevention partners, analytics vendors, marketing platforms.
  • Business partners & marketplaces: order and delivery information when you buy through a distributor or marketplace.
  • Public & professional sources: trade directories, conference attendee lists, and academic or corporate websites.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive health information about individuals’ medical conditions through our consumer channels. Please do not submit such information via open text fields.

4. How we use your information (purposes)

We use personal information to:

  1. Provide and improve Services: process orders, deliver products, manage accounts, provide customer support, personalize your experience, troubleshoot, and improve our website and products.
  2. Safety, security, and fraud prevention: verify identity, prevent, detect, and investigate suspicious or prohibited activities.
  3. Legal and regulatory compliance: tax and customs, product safety, recalls, recordkeeping, sanctions screening, and responding to lawful requests.
  4. Marketing and communications: send service messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) and, with your consent or as permitted by law, send newsletters or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  5. Research and product development: aggregated, de-identified analysis to improve quality and develop new offerings.
  6. Recruitment: evaluate applications and manage the hiring process.

5. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process personal data under these legal bases:

  • Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the Services you request (e.g., fulfill an order).
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to secure our Services, prevent fraud, and improve products (balanced against your rights and expectations).
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for optional cookies/marketing where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to comply with applicable laws (e.g., tax, accounting, safety).

6. How we share information

We share personal information only as necessary and with appropriate safeguards:

  • Service providers/processors: hosting, cloud storage, payment processing, logistics and delivery, analytics, customer support tools, and marketing platforms under contracts that limit their use of data.
  • Business partners and distributors: to fulfill your orders or inquiries in your region.
  • Professional advisors: auditors, accountants, legal counsel.
  • Authorities and law enforcement: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Corporate transactions: if we enter into a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. Where “sale” or “sharing” has a broader meaning under certain laws (e.g., California), see §12 for your choices.

7. International transfers

We may transfer personal information to countries other than where you reside. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and conduct transfer impact assessments. You may contact us for a copy of relevant safeguards.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention periods: order records (7–10 years for tax/accounting), customer support logs (2–5 years), marketing preferences until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We may retain de-identified data longer.

  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise rights, email yuny79338@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to contact or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

  • Essential cookies enable core site features such as cart and checkout and cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand site performance and improve user experience.
  • Marketing cookies (where used) help us measure campaigns and show relevant content.

Where required by law, we will request your consent for non-essential cookies. You can change preferences via our cookie banner or your browser settings. Some browsers send Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals; where legally required, we honor recognized signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and vendor due diligence. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
