  • Fast Express Options: Customers may request expedited shipping via DHL or FedEx. Please note that with express options, customs clearance and taxes may sometimes require your direct assistance.

2. Customs Clearance

  • For special line shipments, our shipping agent assists with local customs clearance and arranges door-to-door delivery.
  • Tracking information becomes available only after the shipment clears customs. This may make updates appear slower than with standard express services.
  • With DHL or FedEx express shipments, you may be responsible for assisting with customs clearance and paying any applicable duties or taxes.

3. Delivery Times

  • Special Line Shipping: Average delivery is 12–15 business days after dispatch. In some cases, parcels may arrive sooner (about 7–9 days) depending on airline schedules and customs processing.
  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Typically faster than special line, though transit times vary by destination and customs requirements.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as airline schedules, customs inspections, and public holidays may affect actual delivery.

4. Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, taxes, and related charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Some countries may require your active participation in customs clearance, especially with DHL/FedEx express shipments.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
  • For special line shipments, tracking typically updates only after customs clearance.
  • For express shipments (DHL/FedEx), tracking usually updates in real time.
